SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from our Houston, TX location. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a tracking confirmation once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship all US orders via USPS. The following options are available at checkout:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $100 and over
- Standard Shipping — flat rate for orders under $100
Canada We ship to Canada via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after processing.
We currently do not ship to any other international destinations.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Canadian customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority. Scandal Candles Co. is not responsible for customs-related delays.
